LTO Drivers License (additional Govt ID needed upon approval)

Company ID (if employed) or Business Permit (if self-employed)

Certificate of Employment (if employed)

Proof of Billing (Electric or Water)

Note: Our MICROBIKE Branches in-charge of the motorcycle unit release upon loan approval may require additional documents before unit release (for compliance to your motorcycle registration and ownership docs)
