Microbase Motorbike Corporation is a Filipino-owned motorcycle assembler and distributor, duly organized under Philippine laws and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), with accreditation from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and other applicable government agencies.

The company operates in accordance with national laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), E-Commerce Act (R.A. 8792), and related regulations.
